Revisiting the concept of culture as a mutual presence of basic-and-supporting elements in the context of urban/architectural fabric. This project proposes the forming of cultural hubs as cultivation (from cultus or cult, shares the same origin as culture) clusters, which sustains growth/life to the respective basic architectural elements being considered.
