On September 2015, two groups of undergraduate students of Universitas Indonesia earned the first and second place in Product Design Competition – Agribusiness National Competition 2015. The first team, led by Muhammad Khudzaifah (Interior Architecture, 2013) and formed by its members Athiyah Alatas (Interior Architecture, 2013) and Annisa Achmaria (Interior Architecture, 2013), earned the second place. Meanwhile, the first place was won by the second team, led by Faraj (Chemical Engineering, 2013) and its members Azky (Vokasi, 2013) and Fahmi Januar (Architecture, 2013).
Agribusiness National Competition (Agrination) is an annual chain of events ran by Institut Pertanian Bogor. Product Design Competition is one of the particular chain of events with this year’s theme: “Creative Agribusiness Based on Local Discernment For the Increasing of Local Economy Development.” In this competition, it is aimed that there will be found the fusion of agribusiness and creativity; the combination that hopefully will give agricultural products a significant increase.
