On August 2015, an undergraduate third-year architecture student of Universitas Indonesia named Tia Aprilitasari earned second place in the Indonesian Delegation Competition for the 4th Asian Contest of Architectural Rookie’s Award.
Asian Architecture Rookie Award is an annual international architectural competition by one of the countries in Asia. This year, the competition will be held in Vietnam and participated by 27 undergraduate architecture students from 17 countries in Asia. With her architectural work entitled “The Bird Sanctuary”, Tia Aprilitasari won the second place in the Indonesian Delegation Competition and as such, will be competing in the 4th Asian Contest of Architectural Rookie’s Award that will be held in October 2015.
